Imam Abu Haneefa's famous disciple Imam Muhammad started compilation of Fiqh Hanfa. His books consist of two types. In one type there are extremely trustful quotes, which comprise of six books i.e. Mabsoot Imam Muhammad, Jame Al-Sagheer, Jame Al-Kabeer, Al-Siyar Al-Sagheer, Al-Siyar Al-Kabeer & Ziyadat. These books are designated by Kutub-e-Zahir e Riwayah. In other type contains the books in which quotes are not according to the standard of previous books. Al-Hakim Al-Shaheed Al-Marwazi has summarised Kutub-e-Zahir e Riwayah in his book Al-Mukhtasar Al-Kafi, in which he compined all the meanings & purposes of Imam Muhammad & removed the repeated quotes. After that scholars wrote explations of Al-Mukhtasar Al-Kafi, of which the most famous is Imam Al-Sarakhsi's Al-Mabsoot. This book consists of 67 volumes. "Al-Siyar" is one of these books, in which the type of relations with Non-Muslim nations during war & peace has been discussed in the form of ordinances. Its study makes it known that Islam has not only advised mutual love & cooperation but has also ordered good conduct & tolerance with Non-Muslims.
